For the past several years, Pentar Homes has been developing Rose Valley, a popular family-oriented subdivision on Kelowna's Westside.

 

The Radius, a midtown Condominium and Townhouse Project in Kelowna, BC.

In 2007, Pentar Homes launched a condominium and townhouse project located near Kelowna's downtown core, called The Radius, catering to a different, more urban lifestyle than its Rose Valley building projects.
