The company has now developed into one of the more predominant names in the Kelowna real estate and development community.
Fred Parent and Neil Parent are the brothers who started it all. Fred has a background in the real estate appraisal business as well as in construction. Neil learned the trade early on and built many homes in Alberta before joining forces with his brother in the '70's. Together the two have built some very distinctive communities, some of which you may call home: Country Lane, Country View Estates, Country Rhodes and Silver Birch Place. These award winning neighbourhoods were built with the average home purchaser in mind offering high quality homes at reasonable prices.
Pentar Homes Ltd. is registered with the Home Owner Protection Office and National Home Warranty. The company is also a member of the Canadian Home Builders Association and the Urban Development Institute. Pentar is proud to sponsor many community sports teams (Go Warriors Go!) and believes in doing business locally whenever possible.
