There are currently a number of phases of Rose Valley under construction. There are semi-custom homes being built in Rose View Place, a strata titled community (conventional strata). A semi-custom home allows you, depending on the time of purchase, to choose interior selections and make minor changes to the interior of the floor plan. Phase 9 is also for sale offering custom home building lots with mountain views. Phase 10 road construction will hopefully begin in the Spring of 2012.
